Great meetings, workshops and team days don’t happen by chance. They need thoughtful design, confident facilitation, and a clear focus on outcomes.

Training that only focuses on skills misses half the picture. You can train your team in creative thinking, better communication or sharper decision making – but if the culture doesn’t support those things in practice, it won’t last beyond the first difficult Monday morning. Good training has to work on both levels at once.

Yet too often training delivers one good day, a buzz of energy, some useful tools – and then everyone goes back to exactly how things were. Not because the content was wrong, but because a single session was never going to shift a culture on its own.

The teams that genuinely become higher performing and happier at work – more creative, more collaborative, better at thinking together and adapting to what comes next – do it because someone invested in them deliberately and consistently, not just once.

These aren’t separate topics – they’re different ways into the same thing. Building a team that can navigate change, think creatively under pressure, and do their best work together.

How it works

A training day is the start – not the final destination. What that looks like varies for every client and every team. For some it’s a series of training sessions with accountability built in between. For others I work alongside the leader as a thinking partner, helping connect the work directly to organisational goals and embedding it into how the team operates day to day. For others still it begins with a single half day and evolves from there.

Full day training from £3,000 + VAT. Half day from £2,500 + VAT. Plus travel and expenses. Every session is bespoke.
