AI Policy

Our approach

At Lucidity we use AI tools to help with the behind-the-scenes work, so more of our time goes into the thinking and the conversations that make the difference. We came to this with an innovation mindset: we experiment, we learn what works, and we stay honest about the limits. Everything we share with you has been read, checked and shaped by a person.

What we use AI for

We use AI to help draft and edit written material, research topics, plan session designs, prepare workbooks and resources, and handle admin. It is a thinking partner and a first-draft tool. The judgement, the facilitation and the coaching are ours.

What never goes into an AI tool

We never put anything into an AI tool that could identify you, your organisation or the people you work with. Before we use AI on any piece of client work, we replace names, organisations and identifying details with neutral labels.

The tools we use

We use a small number of established AI tools, including those built into the software we already use. Where a tool lets us stop our content being used to train its models, we switch that off. And because we never put identifying information into any AI tool, your details are protected whichever tool we use.

Your choice

If you are a client and would prefer we didn’t use AI on any part of your work, tell us and we won’t. Questions about any of this are welcome at hello@lucidity.org.uk.
