Good coaching creates space to think. I do that – and I’ll also tell you what I think when that’s what will move you forward fastest. I’ll challenge you, offer a view when I have one, help you work through the hard decisions, and be completely in your corner while remaining completely outside your system. The people who work with me tell me they feel more settled, more clear and more confident – not because I have all the answers, but because having space to think with someone who genuinely gets it makes an enormous difference.

You’re a senior leader in a values-driven organisation doing complex, meaningful work. You’re capable and self-aware – but you’re carrying a lot, and you’d benefit from a trusted thinking partner who is entirely outside your organisation. Someone who will be honest with you, stay curious about what’s really going on, and help you think more clearly when things are hard.
How it works
This is sustained work. Most leaders choose to work with me for six months or longer – because the challenges they’re navigating don’t resolve in a few conversations, and because the thinking partnership deepens the longer we work together. We start with a minimum of three months, with fortnightly sessions of 75 minutes, by Zoom or phone.
Before we begin we agree what success looks like, so the work stays focused on what actually matters to you. Between sessions you have direct access to me via WhatsApp for the moments that can’t wait. You also get full access to Lucidity Learning – a library of practical leadership resources to revisit the themes we explore and keep the thinking alive between sessions.
