A small group of three or four senior leaders from different organisations – no internal politics, no competition, no performance – meeting monthly on Zoom for two hours of honest conversation, collective problem solving and mutual support. Facilitated by me, with a confidential WhatsApp group for the moments that can’t wait until next month.
Each session includes a structured spotlight – roughly twenty five minutes for each member brings a real challenge to the group and gets the full benefit of everyone’s thinking, experience and perspective. Not advice from a single coach, but the collective wisdom of people who genuinely get it because they’re living it too.
These are serious conversations about real challenges. But there’s also laughter – more than you might expect. People leave feeling lighter, clearer and less alone than when they arrived.
The group gives you something one to one coaching can’t – different perspectives, unexpected angles, and the particular confidence that comes from helping others think through their challenges as well as your own.

£1,295 + VAT for six months. Monthly two hour sessions on Zoom, plus WhatsApp access between sessions. Minimum commitment of six months, renewable after that.
