We take the brief from you. Then we design and deliver your team day based on what we both agree success looks like, for example that might be developing a business plan or strategy, connecting, motivating and inspiring teams that might be feeling stuck or celebrating successes at the end of a project.

Taking action
On too many occasions even the most inspiring and energetic training and team days can result in little action after the event. We offer a follow up accountability call to help you implement the actions agreed once the training or team day is over. In addition to this call, some clients ensure continued learning and action by joining the Lucidity Network, whilst others continue working with Lucidity via one-to-one coaching or masterminds. Many clients have us back to facilitate their team day or provide follow on training every year!
