Lucy is founder and director at Lucidity. She is a coach, trainer and consultant specialising in giving people the confidence and tools to think creatively, develop ideas and make their innovations happen.

She is bestselling author of The Innovation Workout and a global speaker on innovation. Lucy is passionate about helping people unlock their creativity and get the important work done. She enjoys working on projects with the potential to make a positive impact on the world.

Carla Miller

Carla’s background includes Director and CEO roles at a number of national charities, where she raised £20 million for good causes. She has also been Managing Director of a recruitment company and is the author of a book on leadership.

Since qualifying as a life coach and executive coach in 2008 she has been coaching leaders, facilitating team workshops and helping individuals to develop their careers. She enjoys helping clients to understand themselves and others better, uncover insights, discover useful tools and models and, of course, achieve impressive results.

Ian has a background in both anthropology and statistics. He’s spent years in senior roles with some of the largest market research companies, managing multi-million pound accounts, conducting specialist analytics and hands-on research.

Ian has built a global on-line purchasing behaviour segmentation, taken employee  data to develop meaningful/quantitative sentiment analysis, discussed voting habits with swing voters, interviewed sufferers of chronic arthritis about their condition,  and worked with digital agencies to enhance their culture.

Lucinda has held senior management roles in the voluntary sector, including Director of a start-up, for many years. Specialising in fundraising, and with a particular interest in effective management and team leadership, Lucinda now combines both by working as a consultant and coaching both individuals and groups.
