Lucy is founder and director at Lucidity. She is a coach, trainer and facilitator specialising in giving people the confidence and tools to think creatively, develop ideas and make their innovations happen.

She is bestselling author of The Innovation Workout and a global speaker on innovation. Lucy is passionate about helping people unlock their creativity and get the important work done. She enjoys working on projects with the potential to make a positive impact on the world.

Ian has a background in both anthropology and statistics. He’s spent years in senior roles with some of the largest market research companies, managing multi-million pound accounts, conducting specialist analytics and hands-on research.

Lucinda Shaw

Lucinda has held senior management roles in the voluntary sector, including Director of a start-up, for many years. Specialising in fundraising, and with a particular interest in effective management and team leadership, Lucinda now combines both by working as a consultant and coaching both individuals and groups.
